Ease of listing: You just need to search location of your properties, submit document(cukai harta,IC) to prove you are the legal owner of the properties and

Ease of listing: You just need to search location of your properties, submit document(cukai harta,IC) to prove you are the legal owner of the properties and indicate your expected rental. After our verification, your listing is approved.
No Access card: Once the listing is approved, QR code unique to your properties will be displayed at the security guard house for tenants to scan for identity verification and entry.
Hassle-free rental collection: Through Tapak payment gateway, rental will be collected automatically every month from tenants and transferred to you via Duitnow. So remember to register for Duitnow!

Safe and convenient: These carpark lots are sheltered, secured and located strategically at transport nodes for your convenience such as LRT and MRT stations.
Ease of searching: You can search the preferred carpark locations in Tapak App. Avail

Through Tapak, you can access a wide selection of affordable carpark lots for season parking.

Safe and convenient: These carpark lots are sheltered, secured and located strategically at transport nodes for your convenience such as LRT and MRT stations.
Ease of searching: You can search the preferred carpark locations in Tapak App. Available lots and rentals will be displayed through filtering.
No Access card: Once the selection is confirmed and payment is done, you can enter the carpark the next day! No access card is required, you just need to scan the QR code displayed at the security guardhouse with Tapak App. Once the identity is verified, you may enter the carpark. To retrieve your car, please scan the QR code again before entering the carpark.
Hassle-free rental payment: Through our app’s payment gateway, your rental will be paid automatically every month. So don’t worry about late payment!
